Arthur Delargy joined Liberty Specialty Markets in 2022 as Principal Risk Engineer within the Oil and Gas team. In his role, Arthur has a special focus on Energy Transition projects.
Prior to joining Liberty, Arthur worked as a Head Consultant for KBR Advisory Consulting (KBR).
A Process Engineer by background, Arthur has over 30 years of experience working both in Consultancies and as a Developments Advisor for IOC’s. He specialises in field development planning, gas monetization, new energies, digital transformation, operations & maintenance.
He has recently worked on a number of new energies projects, including developing Risk Assessment Frameworks for Green and Blue Hydrogen/CCUS and Plastics Recycling on behalf of Liberty, a green ammonia study, and feasibility of large scale CCUS in SE Asia.
Arthur has an M.Eng Chemical Engineering degree from Imperial College, London.
