Our employee-led networks celebrate our diverse and inclusive culture where every person and perspective can thrive.

Our networks are open to all employees and are in place to enhance our teams, personal development, create communities, help spread awareness of important issues and help shape policies throughout our business.

They are integral to help shape the future of our business.

ABLE Matters

This network aims to support people with a physical or hidden disability, those supporting others and is also open to passionate allies. It's a space for employees to connect, get support and help shape our business policies to enhance our experience at Liberty.

Cultural Awareness

This group is open to anyone who recognises the value of cultural inclusion. It embodies the spirit of diversity and inclusion by providing a forum for racially, ethnically, linguistically and socio-mobility diverse employees to flourish personally and professionally. 

Family_InclusionMatters

Family and Caring Matters

Combining caring responsibilities with a career can be a challenge. This group is for any employees who has (or may have in the future) responsibilities relating to the care of another person. It aims to help employees balance their commitments and provides a supportive network.

European Matters network is made up of champions and sponsors in all our European offices. Its aim is to raise awareness, increase engagement and help shape our business policies across all aspects of DEI.

This network supports and promotes the emotional, psychological, and physical wellbeing of our employees. Its vision is for everyone to be their very best self while at work, by providing a range of employee benefits and resources to support our people.

The networks mission is to educate employees to participate in an informed discussion about gender equality; increase employee engagement through education and events; and empower employees to recognise that through their actions they can contribute to improving gender equality.

Pride_InclusionMatters

PRIDE Matters

This group aims to increase the understanding of sexual orientation and gender identity and encourage allies to visibly support LGBTQ+ colleagues in the workplace. Whilst helping to create an environment where they can expand their opportunities to form genuine work relationships.

Veterans_InclusionMatters

Veterans Matters

This network serves as our focal point for veterans, reservists, and their families. They share knowledge and experience with colleagues, helping those leaving the service to transition to civilian life and supporting those in particular need, through service charities.

Future Matters

This network aims to tear down the silos between teams, share experiences, and gain valuable insights for those starting their career in Insurance. No matter what role you have in the company, this network offers a safe space to learn, grow, and find your footing in this ever-changing landscape.
