What to expect
We aim to make the application process as straightforward as possible. Here’s what to expect:

Upload your CV and cover letter
When you've found a suitable vacancy on our recruitment pages just follow the links. You'll be asked to upload your CV and an optional covering letter.

Initial review
The recruitment team will review your application to assess your suitability for the role. A recruiter may contact you to arrange an initial screening call to discuss this further, or any other potentially suitable positions at Liberty.

Hiring Manager review
Your CV may then be sent to the hiring manager for review.

Shortlisting
You'll be advised on your selection for interview, or if your application will not be progressing further. We provide specific feedback to candidates who have been shortlisted/selected for interview.

Interview stage
There can be up to 3 interviews depending on the role and size of the team. We'll let you know how many and whether they will be in person or virtual. Interviews are usually a mix of technical and competency or behavioural based questions.

Support and feedback
Our recruitment team will provide support and feedback during each step of the process.

If you can't find the role you're looking for
Our talent community is an initiative to help talented individuals find the role they're looking for, now or in the future. In the community page you're able to:
- Submit CVs to the Recruitment Portal
- Sign up for alerts, when relevant roles open are advertised
- Register for the next graduate intake
