Santiago is responsible for a team of 10 people, in charge of managing all issues related to Operations, Facilities, Finance, HR and IT for the Madrid and Barcelona offices of Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM).
He has successfully developed processes and procedures, implemented new tools and work schemes, in addition to constantly enhancing and upgrading the necessary processes to further improve the branch’s performance.
Santiago joined LSM in 2013 as a Business Operational Manager to manage the operational area of the Spanish branch and was appointed to Head of Operations in 2017.
Before joining LSM, Santiago worked in AIG, QBE, Reliance National, Cooper Gay and Sun Alliance, all of which are multinational insurance companies or well-known international brokers in the insurance market.
He has a bachelor in Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
