Biography
Nikki Barrett-Browne was appointed Customer Relationship Manager, Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM) in February 2017. She acts as a main point of contact for key clients.
Before her appointment to her current position, Nikki was Commercial Casualty Claims Manager for LSM with responsibility for the Casualty Claims team in the Commercial Division.
During her seven years with LSM, Nikki has worked to ensure there is a collaborative partnership between underwriting, claims and risk engineering for our commercial property and casualty key clients. She is now expanding this across other lines of businesses.
Nikki joined Liberty in 2012 from Travelers Insurance Company where she was a Senior Claims Technician handling high value casualty claims. She has over 25 years’ experience in the casualty claims field.
Nikki has the following qualifications:
