By joining the LSM graduate programme, you will gain direct experience and knowledge into our award-winning, innovative business. As part of the Liberty Mutual Insurance Group (LMIG), our global, award winning business helps make the world a safer place - we offer continuity in an unpredictable world.

Our rotational programme offers immediate exposure to our international locations and exciting projects across different business areas and departments. You will work closely with some of our most talented and experienced colleagues, taking your understanding of a global organization to the next level.

We will also provide you with a buddy to help you navigate your first few weeks, and mentoring opportunities to identify and develop your strengths. Structured development initiatives will further equip you with essential skills and knowledge that will set you up for a successful start to your career at Liberty.
