The Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM) graduate programme will provide you with the opportunity to shape and influence the career path you want to take. You will experience structured learning and on-the-job training during our two-year rotational programme to build a strong foundation for your career.
Our graduate programme consists of rotations across our innovative and diverse business, and offers varied opportunities. You will have the chance to explore Underwriting, Claims, or some of our many support functions such as Digital Transformation, Data and Analytics or Actuarial, if you have an eye for numbers.
We offer tailored development activities that will develop you professionally and personally for current and future roles.

What we are looking for
