Liberty Specialty Markets appoints Lesley Harding as Global Head of Energy
Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, announced today that Lesley Harding has been appointed as Global Head of Energy. Lesley reports to Michael Gosselin, Chief Underwriting Officer, Specialty. She joins with immediate effect and is based at LSM’s London office.
Lesley is responsible for LSM’s global energy portfolio which includes onshore, offshore, power and renewables sectors including global risk consultancy. She will lead the growth and performance of the business and assist LSM’s clients in managing the transition to cleaner technologies.

Lesley joins from BP where she was VP, Head of Insurance Risk Management, a role she held for seven years, prior to that she was CEO, for Willis Captive Practice. She has also served as President of the M200 organisation,* She has held a number of board positions including AIRMIC and has over 30 years of experience in the insurance sector.
