Our experienced contingency team works with specialist contingency brokers to deliver policies that provide an appropriate level of cover for the events of our clients. In addition to standard product features, such as Non Appearance and Cancellation, our team is able to write additional coverages such as Terrorism and Civil Commotion as well as enforced reduced attendance. Our underwriters also have the ability to consider all risks which extend to aged artists.

Rather than taking a one size fits all approach, we tailor each risk to the exact needs of our clients. Moreover, we offer clients a dedicated claims contact in order to mitigate any losses and help guide them through the actions to take if a loss should arise.

We provide cover for:

• Non Appearance – We cover the costs, expenses and revenues when an event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed or interrupted as a result of a specified person unable to appear due to unavoidable travel or death, injury or illness.
• Cancellation – Covering financial interests of the event should it be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control.

We will also consider covering the following on an ad-hoc basis:

• Prize Indemnity
• Contractual Bonus
• Death and Disgrace
