Liberty Specialty Markets appoints new Business Development lead in Italy

Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, has appointed Simone Jurina as Business Development Manager, LSM Italy, based in Milan.

Jurina is responsible for all aspects of business development including market engagement and broker relationship management. He reports to Antonio Sacchi, General Manager, Liberty Specialty Markets Italy.

Antonio Sacchi said: “I am delighted to welcome Simone to LSM.  He brings a wealth of market knowledge, a powerful ‘can do’ attitude and a strong team ethos. He will contribute to shaping LSM’s profile in Italy and achieving our ambitious growth goals, both here and in Continental Europe.”

Jurina joins from QBE Insurance where he was Market Manager for their Italian branch.  He has 15 years of industry experience, in business development and underwriting.
