Liberty announces four senior appointments

Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), part of Liberty Mutual Insurance has announced the appointment of four senior roles (subject to regulatory approval).

• Deputy Managing Director – Phil Hobbs


• President Liberty Mutual Reinsurance (assumed reinsurance) – Dieter Winkel


• Chief Actuary – Chris Short


• Executive Underwriting Officer – Peter Smith
