As an oil painter and sculptor, narrative is central to my art. I consider the stories we are told and the stories we tell ourselves. My creative process explores the relationship between image and narrative. I explore how these stories influence our view of the world and how people play the role of the character they see themselves to be. I have developed an artistic practice employing figurative sculpture and painting as tools to explore these shared stories which form our society.
